CyberTech exhibits Recording Solutions and Evaluation at Call Center World 2010 in Berlin

Call Center World 2010CyberTech is exhibiting at the Call Center World 2010 which will be held in Berlin on February 9th – 11th 2010. In Hall 4, Stand B24a CyberTech will demonstrate its Recording Solutions and Evaluation application.

Call Centre World is the key event for the call centre sector in Berlin and Europe’s biggest platform for knowledge transfer, networking, suppliers and service providers in the field of Contact Centre Management. Call CenterWorld visitors are board members and decision makers of in-house call centers, call center service providers and call center subcontractors.
