AMSTERDAM – 1st December 2009 – CyberTech International, a leading global provider of voice and data recording technologies, has announced the immediate availability of a new multi-tenant platform. Available free of charge to existing users, CyberTech Release 5.4 enhances return on investment by allowing different companies or business units within an enterprise to securely and independently co-exist on a single recording system. The multi-tenancy architecture of this latest version of CyberTech’s market-leading recording solution also includes new agent evaluation features and optimised hosted recording capabilities for enterprises and communications service providers.

CyberTech Release 5.4 enables individual tenants to manage their quality and compliance recording system independently without having to rely on a third party. It provides an ideal platform for enterprises wishing to economically consolidate business units on a single virtual recording system platform. It also enables communications providers to offer hosted recording services efficiently and profitably with all routine administration handled by their tenants.

Currently being deployed across Europe, the Americas, APAC and beyond, this new CyberTech release also offers a range of the latest full-featured agent evaluation features including improved scoring rates, extended edit periods and added report types. It also adds new central management configuration and backup settings.
