AMSTERDAM, May 12, 2009 - CyberTech International today announced that its CyberTech Recording Solution is compliant with the Communication Manager 5.1 (DMCC) solutions from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.
The CyberTech Pro recording system helps businesses drive efficiencies in the capture, storage, retrieval and playback of voice, radio and data communications. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Communication Manager 5.1 (DMCC).
