CYBERTECH PRESENTS COMPLIMENTARY WEBINAR SERIES ON TECHNOLOGIES, TRENDS AND OPPORTUNITIES IN THE GROWING CALL RECORDING INDUSTRY

First Program Of Its Kind Focuses On Contact Centre Data-Recording Advances and Applications For Greater Profitability

WHITE PLAINS, NY, APRIL 7th, 2009 -- CyberTech International today announced its first online seminar series for all audiences engaged or interested in contact-centre call recording for compliance and quality purposes. The three-part webinar series is complimentary and launches April 15th, followed by 45-minute sessions on May 13th and June 10th.

"In developing the program, we sought to apply an entirely educational approach, rather than one that advances any vendor's products or specific, proprietary technologies," said Tony Procops, president and CEO, CyberTech North America. "We are confident attendees will benefit from an emphasis on the challenges and objectives that are emerging in the rapidly changing call-centre environment. Every contact centre manager needs more powerful information to better track, understand and manage the enterprise's performance. This is what we will explore and seek to deliver."

The CyberTech 2009 Contact Quality and Recording Management Web Series features industry experts presenting sessions on changes in recording technology, and what they may mean to the enterprise. Each 45-minute session will be content rich, vendor neutral and complimentary. The 2009 topic line-up is:
