CYBERTECH LAUNCHES INDUSTRY-FIRST REMOTE INSTALLATION AS ADVANCED, COST SAVING, SECURE RECORDING SERVICE FEATURE
New Offering Validated in Successful Deployments for Banking and Other Large Enterprises In the Americas and Europe
AMSTERDAM, November 11, 2008
— CyberTech today announced its industry-first remote-installation service offering for advanced recording solutions. CyberTech remote installation is available following successful installations for some of the world's most security-sensitive networks, chief among them a globally branded, Western Europe-based commercial bank.
The remote installation offering is now in active deployment for other customers worldwide, driven by strategic benefits that include significant cost savings and zero network downtime for secure, seamless and flawless execution.
The installation demonstrates and further validates CyberTech's growing portfolio of time-saving and customer responsive services. The service was rolled out in less than a month after the initial banking installation that was performed simply, securely and inexpensively via secure VPN access. The entire solution was activated from the organization's headquarters in a matter of hours flawlessly and for a fraction of the cost of conventional solutions for the bank's mission-critical operations.
"This new offering underscores the soundness of our solutions and our increasingly sought after remote capabilities," said Thoom Veerman, CyberTech director, support. "We are proud to deliver a greater level of customer service and responsiveness in a way that complements our best-in-breed portfolio while profiting financial services, public safety and call center businesses everywhere in the world."
The full CyberTech remote-installation solution is the latest in an evolution of remote service features. These include automated system checks and alarms from CyberTech's central global support desk. The support desk conducts daily performance assessments of installed recording systems, sending reports on status. In the event of issues, dial-in capability on the system enables CyberTech to perform checks, adjust configuration settings and install updates remotely.
