CyberTech announces appointment of new CEO

Former CEO of NEC Philips Unified Solutions joins CyberTech, one of the fastest growing suppliers of voice recording and quality monitoring solutions globally

AMSTERDAM, August 29th, 2008 — CyberTech International has today announced the appointment of Ad Ketelaars as Managing Director and CEO. He will report to CyberTech´s Supervisory Board and assume full responsibility for leading the company through its next period of strategic growth.

Ad Ketelaars has more than twenty five years experience in the telecommunications and electronics sectors and has worked for a number of well known and respected organisations including ITT, Philips and EnerTel, a leading Dutch telecoms operator. For the past five years, he has been CEO of Philips Business Communications / NEC Philips Unified Solutions BV in Hilversum. Ad was born in Helmond, The Netherlands in 1957 and has an Industrial Engineering education gained at the Technical University of Eindhoven. He has an MBA from INSEAD and has followed an Executive Program at Stanford University .

Over recent years, CyberTech’s turnover has grown at more than 30% annually and it has been selling more than 100,000 recording channels each year delivering an increasing share of the market. The company has also expanded its global network of distributors to more than 65 worldwide and successfully completed multiple global contracts with top-25 financial customers. To consolidate its global footprint, CyberTech has also acquired experienced operations in the UK (formerly known as Activa Solutions) and the US (formerly known as AVOX Solutions) and recently opened new offices in Hong Kong, Dubai and Germany .
