CYBERTECH OPENS ASIA PACIFIC FACILITY AS GLOBAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPANDS

Now Uniquely Offering "Follow-the-Sun" Customer Care, CyberTech's Hong Kong Office Demonstrates Continuing Commitment to Pre- and Post-Sales Support

AMSTERDAM, August 26th, 2008 — CyberTech International, the leading global provider of advanced voice and data recording technologies, today announced the opening of CyberTech Asia Pacific Ltd. The new facility in Hong Kong is a strategic addition to CyberTech's global sales and support operation.

CyberTech Asia Pacific Ltd provides pre- and post-sales support  for global customers, partners and resellers in the region. The facility further enables CyberTech’s "follow-the-sun" support for customers in all time zones on a 24/7 basis.

Phil Riseley will be the managing  director of the Asia Pacific operation. Riseley has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with solutions providers and multinational banking and finance organizations. Based in Asia for the last ten years, Riseley formerly served as operations director for IPC Information Systems - Hong Kong and Northeast Asia region.
