ACTIVA SOLUTIONS REBRANDS AS CYBERTECH UK LTD

A new force in the UK call recording and quality management market

3 July 2008 (Edenbridge, Kent, UK), Activa Solutions, one of the UK’s leading voice recording and quality management specialists, has announced that it will be changing its name to CyberTech UK Ltd on 7th July 2008.  The company was acquired last August by CyberTech International, which is accelerating its global roll out after twenty two years of steady organic growth and aiming to become one of the largest suppliers of voice recording and quality management solutions worldwide.

According to Paul Manyweathers, Managing Director of CyberTech UK Ltd:  “The name may be changing but the people and high quality service are unchanged.  We will continue to provide world leading products and solutions along with the highest level of support to an expanding customer base, which includes some of the world’s largest financial institutions.  As part of a global organisation with an unrivalled knowledge of the design and manufacture of innovative voice recording and quality management solutions, CyberTech UK Ltd now has the product range, expertise, resources and financial strength to meet the requirements of customers operating in many different environments and applications.”

CyberTech UK Ltd will be supplying CyberTech’s full range of solutions including new computer screen recording and call evaluation applications that measurably improve the customer experience in call centres of every size.  They enable PC monitor screens and telephone calls to be recorded and replayed simultaneously and include a new agent evaluation application that enables more effective and informed interaction assessments to be made.
