CyberTech adds industry-leading Screen Recording and Evaluation Application to its award-winning Voice and Data Recording Solutions

CyberTech International, a leading global provider of advanced voice and data recording technologies, today announced the immediate availability of CyberTech 5.1, a new range of computer screen recording and call evaluation applications that will measurably improve the customer experience in call centres of every size.

CyberTech 5.1 enables PC monitor screens and telephone calls to be recorded and replayed simultaneously and includes the latest version of CyberTech’s Evaluation application to give a complete view of all transactions enabling more effective and informed interaction assessments.  Together they provide a single integrated solution that improves dispute resolution and the quality of service provided by agents.
