CYBERTECH EXPANDS IN NORTH AMERICA WITH THE ADDITION OF STRATEGIC SALES STAFF

New Business, Competitive Advantage, Drive Successful On Boarding of High-Demand Pros

ELMSFORD, New York, May 5, 2008 — CyberTech International, a leading global provider of advanced voice and data recording technologies, today announced the latest wave of expansion in the Americas. CyberTech today welcomed strategic new staff in the growing sales organization in response to new business and market demand.

John Pace, Regional Vice President - Eastern Region and Canada
In this newly expanded role, Pace is responsible for managing indirect channel relationships with distributors in the region. He will further develop CyberTech's fastest growing segment, large strategic accounts and contact centers. The Eastern Region is comprised of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and Canada. Pace comes to CyberTech with a strong background in audio recording, holding various sales positions over the last eight-plus years with Dictaphone and For the Record. While at Dictaphone, he earned numerous awards and was consistently recognized as an overachiever. His credentials include enterprise software solutions, and hosting and integration services to major corporations in the northeast with Cliffstone Corporation.

Chuck Hudak, Director of Strategic Alliances for North America
With more than 15 years of experience in channel sales, field sales, training and management, Hudak assumes responsibility for developing and managing strategic alliances for CyberTech's North American organization. He comes ideally suited for this role with a track record of success in hardware and software sales, focused most recently on contact center software. Prior to joining CyberTech, Hudak was with Dictaphone where he worked initially in field sales before his promotion to sales training and development for the Communication Recording Systems Division. He left Dictaphone soon after Nice Systems acquired the company, joining SGS, a provider of workforce optimization software. As director of sales channels for SGS, Hudak successfully developed the relationships with leading PBX manufacturers, a credential that he will leverage in his new role with CyberTech.  As director for strategic alliances, Chuck is challenged to develop and enhance our critical relationships with companies that include Avaya, Cisco, Mitel-InterTel, Motorola, NEC, Nortel. His scope includes these companies' respective distribution channels.

Eric Kinsey, Director of Sales- Financial Markets
Kinsey holds responsibility for sales to the financial markets, as well as support for CyberTech's global financial customers. He additionally will manage the relationships with alliance partners that target the financial vertical. With a particular focus on New York financial customers, Kinsey is tasked with selling directly to the larger and global financial accounts while developing and managing relationships with alliance partners, including Wesley Clover Solutions, in this critical vertical market. A strong track record in the voice and data recording market for the past ten years provides a solid foundation for Kinsey's new position.  He gained valuable experience while employed at Nice Systems as regional sales and channel manager where he managed some of Nice’s largest key accounts, including the Avaya channel in the northeast. He also held positions in sales management with ASC Telecom and Eventide.

"I cannot be happier to greet Chuck and Eric to the CyberTech sales team," said Tony Procops, CEO, CyberTech North America. "Just as we take great pride in welcoming them to our growing organization, we further celebrate our ability to recruit seasoned pros of this caliber from the ranks of our competitors. I am delighted that our shared vision for competing and excelling in the enterprise recording market is complemented by our new colleagues' competitive instincts and drive for challenging new opportunities."
