CYBERTECH WINS GLOBAL CONTRACT FOR DELIVERY OF RECORDING SOLUTIONS TO MAJOR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
CyberTech International, the fastest growing global communications recording company, announced today that they are selected by a major Financial Institution for the delivery of Voice Recording Solutions globally. The first installations are being rolled out in Asia Pacific, other locations world-wide will follow soon.
As part of the selection process the financial institution reviewed several voice recording solutions and CyberTech was selected for its proven and reliable recording platform. Thanks to the fact that CyberTech recording solutions run on standard off-the-shelf hardware, financial institutions can use their own servers, resulting in lower cost of ownership. CyberTech applications will be used in dealing rooms, call centres and other business areas within the institution.
During the selection process, CyberTech presented a flexible recording platform for both traditional digital recording and VoIP recording. By offering VoIP recording for all extensions as well as VoIP trunk lines recording, financial institutions can deploy the recording solutions in smaller and larger environments, and already installed digital systems can be easily upgraded to VoIP. CyberTech solutions have the flexibility to integrate with a wide range of PBX’s in use, including Avaya, Nortel, Cisco and Mitel.
The CyberTech recording solution system also offers class leading levels of security. It uses the market’s first 256 bit Rijndael AES audio encryption coupled with MD5 fingerprinting to ensure that all audio files are secured against unauthorised replay, alteration or editing. For maximum resilience, it also supports centralised archiving to mass storage devices such as EMC Centera.
Paul Manyweathers, CyberTech’s Global Business Development director, commented: “This is now the third top 20 financial institution to sign a global agreement with CyberTech. It is the proof that CyberTech solutions are the most advanced and resilient financial services recorders available on the market today.” Paul Manyweathers adds: “Our recording platforms provide financial institutions with the functionality and flexibility they need. Thanks to our ability to easily adapt our solutions to the specific needs of our customers and to our global service network, supported by offices in the Netherlands, UK, US and soon also Dubai and Hong Kong, CyberTech is selected more and more by leading companies globally.”
