Customer Support EngineerThe Customer Support Engineer position is responsible for providing superior technical support to customers. Will work with other support team members to answer service calls, troubleshoot hardware and software problems. May also assist in installations and training for end-users.
Requires 3-5 years experience with installation and configuration of computers and servers. Telecom and VoIP experience is a plus. The ideal canidate will have an MCSE or equivilent experience.
