Tony Procops, founder, President and CEO of CyberTech North America, has over 25 years experience leading recording technology companies. Recognized as an outstanding business executive, Tony is a dynamic leader who has built businesses in diverse settings from industry leading organizations to start-ups. With domestic and international experience, Tony offers a unique global perspective to CyberTech's future growth strategy.
Prior to CyberTech North America, Tony was Senior Vice President and General Manager of ASC telecom, where he established its North American subsidiary in 1998 and oversaw all its operations. While there he built a successful national and international sales channel. Due to his expertise in implementing successful sales programs, he has been able to create teams and programs that have secured substantial new business orders and many long term agreements with global sales partners across a diverse customer segment.
Prior positions include Vice President of Healthcare and Regional Vice President of Voice Recording at Dictaphone Corporation. While there he developed his extensive enterprise systems sales background, coupled with a strong track record of enhancing and creating sales teams, Tony has demonstrated success in building business opportunity pipelines. Before that, he served 15 years at Lanier Worldwide in field and management sales positions.

A founding partner of CyberTech North America, Steve Arcoleo’s impressive career in the communication recording systems industry has spanned over 25. Since 1981 he has witnessed the evolution of recording systems technology as he sold it to his customers.
Steve began his career in sales at Lanier Business Systems in their New York City on Wall Street. He spent the last four of his ten years there as district manager of the office in charge of sales product support and service.
Steve also served as the East coast regional manager of TEAC America’s communication recording division. It was there where Steve honed his skills in dealer management, working with 20 independent dealers on sales, service and product-related issues.
Steve then joined ASC America as vice president of business development. While he was involved in every aspect of the company’s recording business, his greatest accomplishment was building the German-based company’s U.S. independent dealer network.
As a partner of CyberTech North America, he intends to leverage his 25 years of experience in the communications recording business to build a U.S. independent dealer network that stresses respect and growth.

Steve LoGalbo, VP of Support Services |

The co-founder of CyberTech North America and vice-president of Support Services, Steven LoGalbo brings 12 years of experience in the technology and support fields. His abilities and credentials greatly enhance partner and customer satisfaction with CyberTech's products and services.
Prior to forming CyberTech North America, Steven served for five years as Director of Customer Support for ASC Telecom, where he managed the support and professional service division. In addition to his routine responsibilities, Steven was instrumental in designing and creating custom integrations and project planning for high-availability enterprise recording solutions.
Steven also worked in various engineering roles at Vicom Computer Services, where he earned certifications for CompTIA, Microsoft and Sun Microsystems. He was educated at Florida Atlantic University and Atlantic Technical Institute, studying computer science and electrical engineering.
Steven and his team are challenged with a substantial responsibility—to ensure the delivery of only the highest quality solutions for our customers and to maintain those solutions for maximum uptime. In addition, Steve plays a leading role in the development of all custom integrations, providing added value to the CyberTech North America delivered solutions.
