CyberTech is one of the first companies to integrate with Mitel’s Secure Recording Connector as part of the Mitel MiSN developer program.
This new application ensures compatibility with existing Mitel PBXs and allows secure recording of IP extensions and Mitel Teleworker solution handsets with voice encryption activated.

The integrating of the CyberTech Recording Solutions with the Mitel Secure Connector has resulted in one of the world’s first totally secure recording solutions, enabling calls to be encrypted end-to-end including on-line storage and archiving.
This new CyberTech Solution overcomes the technical difficulties experienced by other call recording suppliers in legitimately monitoring data streams on port mirrored LAN switch ports. The Mitel Secure Recording Connector issues a licence key to the CyberTech system for every call, enabling recordings to be made without sacrificing the added security of voice encryption. This will be of particular benefit to organisations requiring enhanced levels of security such as banking, public safety, local government and contact centres.

This application does not require any version upgrades to the IP communication platform or any of the installed telephone handsets. There is also no compromise to the security, reliability or resiliency of the Mitel 3300 solution.
