Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets, part of the UK’s 5th largest bank, choose the CyberTech Recording solution because it met their specifications for a resilient, flexible and secure system, which fully integrates with their existing IT infrastructure. The installation in London involved 960 Cisco IP extensions over 4 floors, plus 270 IPC trading turret inputs on the global trading floor.

GFI Group
Following a successful proof of concept trial, GFI Group, a leading worldwide inter dealer brokerage, has implemented the CyberTech Recording solution across 324 IPC trader positions and 220 Cisco IP telephone extensions in its new European headquarters in London. Because they could use their preferred hardware provider within their existing IT model without any conflicts of hardware or software, meant that they not only reduced costs of deployment but ongoing support costs are to be significantly lower also.
